Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca or arrowroot starch
- 2-3 tbsp coconut or brown sugar, (to taste)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 3-4 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Of an egg (whisked thoroughly)
- 1 tbsp refined coconut oil, (melted)
Instructions
Prep Your Dish
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe dish with a bit of coconut oil. Alternatively, use a microwave-safe dish if you’re short on time and want to cook it in the microwave.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
- In a small bowl, melt and combine the coconut or raw cane sugar, vanilla extract, tbsp of egg.. Mix well until smooth.
Add the Dry Ingredients
- Add the almond flour and tapioca starch to the bowl, stirring until a thick dough like batter forms.
Fold in the Chocolate Chips
