Mini Rice Paper Mochi Donuts (gluten and dairy free)

If you’ve been looking for a light, chewy, and fun dessert that doesn’t require deep frying or complicated dough, this recipe is for you! Using a simple donut maker, you can create these delightful “mochi-style” rings using nothing more than rice paper and a handful of pantry staples.
Why You’ll Love Them
These donuts have the perfect chewy texture we all love in mochi, but they are incredibly easy to pull together. By using a donut maker instead of a traditional deep-fryer, you get a light, delicate finish that is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
