Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 5-6 tbsp pumpkin puree, L
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, dairy-free or whey, 1 scoop per serving
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger mix
- 1 cup Frozen SO delicious Coconut whipped cream (comes in the tub) , or sugar free whipped cream
- 1/2 C dairy-free milk, almond, oat, or coconut — just enough to blend
- 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup, optional, for sweetness

Instructions:
- Add ice cubes, pumpkin puree, protein powder, pumpkin spice, CocoWhip, and milk to a blender.
