Pumpkin frosty (high protein, dairy free option)

Pumpkin Protein Frosty
Creamy, thick, and packed with fall flavor—this frosty blends pumpkin puree, vanilla protein powder, frozen low sugar coconut whipped topping, ice, and a splash of milk for a cozy, high-protein treat. Ready in minutes and perfect for two!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 5-6 tbsp pumpkin puree, L
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, dairy-free or whey, 1 scoop per serving
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger mix
  • 1 cup Frozen SO delicious Coconut whipped cream (comes in the tub) , or sugar free whipped cream
  • 1/2 C dairy-free milk, almond, oat, or coconut — just enough to blend
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup, optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • Add ice cubes, pumpkin puree, protein powder, pumpkin spice, CocoWhip, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy, scraping down as needed. Add more milk only if your blender needs help.
  • Spoon into two glasses.
  • Top with extra CocoWhip and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
