Single serve apple fritter (grain free, dairy free)

Sometimes you just want the taste of a warm, bakery-style apple fritter… without a giant batch or a deep fryer. This single-serve apple fritter is the perfect solution! It’s made with almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut flour for the perfect balance of structure, chew, and softness. Maple-caramelized apples get folded right into the batter, and the whole thing bakes up tall and donut-like in a muffin tin or ramekin.
